Base pay range

$350,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Commit to weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. Skilled in building rapport, listening, and solution-finding. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You excel in communication and service commitment.
