Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date physician orders and patient records as required by policy.
• Support a SNF/long-term care setting with experience in similar environments.
