Job summary

• Responsible for implementing optimal patient care within assigned caseload and improving care delivery.
• Responsible for charge entry including accurate documentation of treatment and equipment provided.
• Communicates effectively with health care team, patient, family, and physicians.
• Develops and educates patients on safe exercises and provides home exercise program instructions.
• Assists with preparing patient and family for discharge and attends case conferences.
• Performs clinical skills accurately and contributes to program development and marketing to physicians.
