Select Medical in Louisville, KY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient center (Shively). You will support licensed therapists, implement treatment plans, and help patients of all ages regain function and mobility with evidence-based approaches.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with starting pay at $23.50 per hour and commensurate with experience. We offer CE opportunities, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Valid state license (where applicable) as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and CAPTE-certified.
• Outpatient clinical rotation experience.
• State license or certification must be valid in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing prescribed treatment programs.
• Contribute to case management and maintain positive relations with facilities and staff.
