Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate team in Wyoming. Under the supervision of Physical Therapists, you will help patients improve mobility and independence through evidence-based modalities.

You will drive mobility and functional gains for patients in home care settings, while adhering to safety protocols and local licensing requirements. A valid PTA license and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to improve mobility and function under the supervision of Physical Therapists.
• Deliver physical therapy modalities and support daily living activities to improve independence.
