Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care team. You will provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed PTA and coordinate with the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
