Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Cincinnati, OH. The PTA will join a multidisciplinary team to create and implement customized treatment plans for residents in a continuing care setting.

The role requires an active Ohio PTA license (or ability to obtain) and completion of an ACOTE-accredited PTA program, with documentation of sessions and strong teamwork. 30–40 hours weekly, full-time employment available.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited PTA program and pass the state exam.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and programs.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure quality resident care.
