Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Illinois. Must be licensed as a PTA to apply; compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
