Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant on a full-time basis to join our SNF and long-term care teams. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with benefits and professional development opportunities.

You will work under a licensed PT, identify suitable patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure orders are current. Collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required orders are obtained and up to date.
