Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide PT treatments under supervision and coordinate care with the supervising PT.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- New grads welcome; mentorship available.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
- Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
