Tender Touch Rehab Services in Trenton, NJ is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
