South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on skilled nursing and long-term care settings, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Ideal candidates hold an APTA-accredited PTA degree, a current PTA license in California, and demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
