Job summary

HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Located within the tri-campuses of Holy Cross College, St Mary's College and the University of Notre Dame, this facility is a Life Plan Community (CCRC) with a reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana PTA license or eligibility to earn licensure.
• Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited PTA program, passing state/national exam, and licensure requirements.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
