Broad River Rehab in Lebanon, KY seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct care under a supervising PT in a skilled nursing setting.

New graduates welcome and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Full-time schedule 30–40 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, licensure reimbursement and a mentorship program.

Qualificações

• Must hold PTA license in Kentucky
• Associate's degree in PTA
• 1 year of experience preferred
