You will provide PT treatments under licensed PT supervision in SNF/long-term care settings, with flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualified applicants hold an APTA-accredited PTA degree and current state license; strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
