Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a licensed or in-progress Physical Therapist (PT) to obtain MA licensure and work in Rehabilitation. This contract position features a 5x8 days schedule and accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision and mission.

The role involves providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the care team. Minimum requirements include 1 year of PT experience and an active or pending MA PT license.
