Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation or injury rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation services
