Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in TX to work in Long Term Care (LTC). This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

The role requires accountability for aligning with the organization's vision, values, mission and goals. Minimum requirements include 1 year of PT experience with LTC exposure and an active or pending TX PT license.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapist work experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
• Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice (TX) or in process to obtain.
