Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license as a Licensed Psychologist.
• Training and experience in psychological assessment and testing.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to complete documentation and evaluation reports reliably and on time.
• Ability to work independently while participating in a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults.
• Conduct psychological evaluations, including diagnostic clarification and ADHD/autism assessments.
• Administer, score, interpret, and integrate psychological and psychometric testing.
• Conduct veteran disability and compensation-related evaluations through established relationships.
• Complete clinical interviews and review medical, psychological, and collateral documentation.
• Produce thorough, timely, and well-supported reports.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, referring providers, and other clinicians.
• Maintain a sustainable caseload across therapy, testing, and evaluation.
• Contribute to expansion of the practice's assessment programs.
