LifeStance Health is seeking Psychologists in Washington state for outpatient care, offering a mix of testing and therapy responsibilities in a flexible W2 employed setting.

We provide competitive compensation from $125,000 to $160,000 DOE, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, 401K with 4% match, and comprehensive benefits. Part-time and full-time options are available, with malpractice insurance and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or in licensure process in WA.
• Experience with caring for children, adolescents or across the lifespan.
• APA accredited doctoral program.
• Mix of Therapy and Assessments based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and assessments to clients in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatments across age groups.
