Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our nationwide client base via telehealth. You would be independently licensed in Texas (PsyD or PhD) and available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of client contact.

You will join a clinician-led team with administrative support, credentialing, scheduling, and training. Compensation up to $122,400 annually, plus full benefits and loan repayment assistance, with flexible scheduling seven

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Texas.
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Team player and collaborative contributor.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients via telehealth.
• Manage a full caseload with quality care and measurable progress.
• Collaborate with a clinician-led team and utilize Thriveworks support with credentialing, scheduling, and billing.
