Golden Hour Psychology in San Diego is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join a clinician-owned group practice.

You will provide individual, couple, and family therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and mentor pre-licensed clinicians in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist in California with current licensure.
• Open to supervising pre-licensed clinicians and contributing to a learning culture.
• Completed supervision training per BOP/BBS standards or willing to do so.
• Evidence-based clinical approach and commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Supervise and mentor early-career clinicians in a supportive environment.
