Job summary

Inspiration Wellness is seeking a licensed psychologist to join as a 1099 Independent Contractor in a hybrid role. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while enjoying autonomy and strong office support.

You’ll work in a flexible, client-centered practice with secure telehealth and in-person sessions, backed by collaborative clinicians and modern practice management software.

Qualifications

• This role requires a current, unrestricted psychologist license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated experience delivering psychotherapy to diverse clients.
• Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines governing clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy.

The Opportunity: Licensed Psychologist (Hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed psychologist seeking a hybrid work arrangement (both in-person and telehealth sessions) and the flexibility of a 1099 contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress effectively.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the Inspiration Wellness team and external providers as appropriate (e.g., primary care physicians, psychiatrists).

Qualifications
