Job summary

A mental health clinic is seeking a licensed psychologist to improve access to mental health care. This role includes evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining a caseload of at least 25 clients weekly. Candidates must possess full clinical licensure in Tennessee and demonstrate effective communication skills. Qualifications

• Candidates should have full clinical licensure (Psy.D/Ph.D) in the state of Tennessee.
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation of services and other documents.
• Experience with diverse client populations.
• Familiar with Office 365 and Valant EHR systems.
• Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
• Nice to have ADHD testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings (Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels

Nice to Have

• ADHD and psychological testing experience
