Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team. This full-time, in-person role at our Spring, TX outpatient clinic offers a starting salary of $115,000/year, with total potential earnings up to $150,000 including bonuses.

As a psychologist, you will provide assessments, therapy, and consultations, working with a diverse client population. We value work-life balance, offering a Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Psychologist in Texas is required.
• Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
