Job summary

Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness is a growing behavioral health group practice with locations in Minnetonka and Medina, Minnesota. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

This independent contractor position offers hybrid work in Minnetonka, MN, with flexible hours and strong income potential. We provide billing and credentialing support, contracts, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Current, active Minnesota license in good standing.
• Ability to provide care in-person and via telemedicine.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, high-quality care in accordance with APA Code of Ethics or applicable standards.
• Adhere to Sonder’s clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized client files and professional documentation.
• Maintain professional liability insurance.
• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other communications.

Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness is a growing behavioral health group practice with locations in Minnetonka and Medina, Minnesota. We are seeking a *Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Therapist* to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and medication prescribers. Our team provides services to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

This is an *independent contractor position* with openings at both clinic locations.
