Job summary

A Prosperous Tomorrow is seeking aLicensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid clinical/outpatient setting in Maryland. The role includes intake, test selection, administration, interpretation, and feedback, with potential ABA consultation.

Responsibilities include selecting appropriate batteries, writing reports, and collaborating with BCBAs and other clinicians to support diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level psychologist with licensure to practice in Maryland.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
• Strong diagnostic and differential-diagnosis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical findings clearly to clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake interviews and diagnostic assessments.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and differential diagnoses.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and provide feedback to clients/families.
• Collaborate with ABA professionals to align assessment with treatment planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Maryland regulations.
