Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Boston, MA. You will work within a clinician-led team and contribute to a nationwide hybrid care model.

Eligible for a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week; full benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist PsyD or PhD).
• Able to provide a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability per week.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable working with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions in Boston.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver integrated mental health services.
