Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks licensed or license-eligible psychologists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and/or children in outpatient care. Positions may involve a hybrid schedule with telehealth from home and in-office work.

Locations include Arlington and surrounding areas; strong support staff and comprehensive benefits are provided. Annual compensation estimates offer a range based on productivity, with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to supervise interns and fellows.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist or license-eligible (EdD, PsyD or PhD).
• Experience with evidence-based interventions for adults and/or children.
• Ability to work in hybrid/telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or children in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to support patient care.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
