Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for the Wellness Center's Neuroinclusive Project. The psychologist will perform psychological assessments, provide clinical consultation to a multidisciplinary team, and help identify and support neurodivergent participants.

Full-time options (35 hours/week) with compensation ranging from $55.00 to $75.00 per hour. A California license is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California.
• Experience with Neurodivergent conditions (Autism, ADHD) and other psychiatric disorders.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessment and diagnosis of referred participants.
• Develop treatment plans and dispositions for participants assessed.
• Provide staff trainings on Neurodivergent needs.
• Document clinical services in EHR per LA County Mental Health requirements.
• Present findings at team meetings and contribute to program outcomes.
