Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company offering nationwide hybrid care and 340+ locations. We’re hiring licensed clinicians in Nevada to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our 175,000+ clients with telehealth and in-person options.

As a full-time Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), you’ll maintain a full caseload, schedule flexible hours, and partner with a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Nevada licensure required for practice.
• PsyD or PhD in psychology from an accredited program.
• Full-time availability and commitment to a minimum of 25 sessions with flexible scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients across Nevada.
• Maintain a full caseload with flexible scheduling (minimum 25 sessions, ~30 hours weekly).
• Document sessions accurately in the EHR and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks clinical team and participate in supervision and training as needed.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Nevada — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $139,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
