Job summary

Thriveworks in Washington is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Bellingham. Full-time clinicians with 30 hours of weekly availability can access a ramp stipend for 30+ hours.

You’ll join a clinician-led organization offering health insurance, loan repayment assistance, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing training while building a full caseload within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Washington.
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Willing to provide a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Comfortable using telehealth and in-person care as part of a mixed modality.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients across telehealth and in-person formats.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, as part of a behavioral health generalist role.
• Collaborate with care teams, credentialing and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
