Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Alexandria, VA. This role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of availability per week and a path to a full, measurable caseload.

Independently licensed in Virginia as a PsyD or PhD psychologist, you will treat a range of clients including couples and children while leveraging telehealth and EHR tools in a supportive clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Thriveworks clinical community and maintain timely notes in the EHR.

Seeking Licensed Clinicians

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Alexandria, VA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia - Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
