Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct outpatient psychological evaluations at our St. Louis Park clinic. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessment, clinical interviews, interpretation of standardized measures, and professional report writing.

You will work with a clinical team to ensure quality care and compliance with standards. Qualified candidates hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D., an active Minnesota license, and experience in outpatient evaluations.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology.
• Active, independent psychologist license in Minnesota.
• Strong psychological assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.
• Experience conducting outpatient psychological evaluations.
• Student supervision and training, didactic experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological interviews and outpatient ASD and ADHD evaluations.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely psychological evaluation reports.
• Document clinical findings and recommendations in accordance with professional standards.
• Coordinate with the PsychPlus clinical team as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state licensing requirements and clinical documentation standards.
• Explain findings in a client-centered manner and provide treatment recommendations for continued care via referrals.

The role focuses on comprehensive psychological assessment, clinical interviews, interpretation of standardized assessments, and preparation of professional evaluation reports.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological interviews and outpatient ASD and ADHD evaluations.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely psychological evaluation reports.
• Document clinical findings and recommendations in accordance with professional standards.
• Coordinate with the PsychPlus clinical team as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state licensing requirements and clinical documentation standards.
• Explain findings in a client-centered and support treatment recommendations for continued care via appropriate referrals.

Candidate Requirements

• Employment Classification:
• Compensation Structure: Paid based on completed case $500
• Expected Schedule / Hours: 1-5 testing cases a week
• Onsite / Remote / Hybrid: Intakes, feedback, report writing can all be completed via remote.

• Travel Requirements, if any: Testing takes place on site at one of the following location - St. Louis Park
