Job summary

The Well Behavioral Health (WBH) is a Massachusetts-based mental health practice committed to compassionate, evidence-based care. We seek licensed psychologists with MA licensure, experience with diverse presentations, health psychology, and collaborative, growth-oriented clinicians.

A doctoral degree and strong tech skills are preferred. We offer a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment with robust operations support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology required.
• At least two years of clinical experience required.
• Independent psychology license in Massachusetts required.
• Demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
• Evidence of effective collaboration with colleagues.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.

The Well Behavioral Health(WBH) is a mental health practice that serves clientsin Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. We are looking for clinicians with some of the following experiences and skills:

• Licensed psychologists in Massachusetts
• Clinicians who are experiencedworking with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Clinicians who have experience with health psychology
• Clinicians with experience workingin primary care or pediatrics
• Clinicians who have experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, or adults
• Clinicians with experience in evidence-based treatment modalities
• Clinicians who are self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients

Desired Skills & Experience

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Psychologists must have an independent psychology license in Massachusetts
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed
