Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a licensed psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering diagnostic and therapeutic services for children and families. The role combines in-person and telehealth modalities, with a focus on assessments and evidence-based therapies in a family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program.
• APA-accredited internship in Child/Pediatric Psychology.
• Postdoctoral fellowship completed (where applicable).
• Current licensure as a Psychologist in the applicable state.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using interviews, records, behavioral observations, and standardized tools.
• Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, and autism-related concerns.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Communicate diagnostic findings, recommendations, and treatment progress with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention when indicated.
• Deliver services through in-person and telehealth formats in line with best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to support comprehensive treatment planning.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship as assigned.

Work Environment

This position may be performed virtually, in clinic, or through a hybrid model depending on patient needs and business requirements. Some travel to designated clinic locations may be required for in-person evaluations and services.

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
