Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.

Qualifications

• Current California PMHNP license and board certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.
