Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the United States.
• Outpatient mental health care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adult patients.
• Provide ongoing medication management for assigned patients.
• Create and update evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers using the platform’s scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.
