Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You’ll collaborate with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in North Carolina.
• Board certification as Psychiatric/Mental Health NP preferred.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide ongoing medication management and side-effect monitoring.
• Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans.
