Job summary

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform in an outpatient setting. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse population nationwide.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, leveraging streamlined tools to reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification and eligible for state licensure.
• Performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for diverse outpatient populations.
• Develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy.
• Collaborates with therapists and other providers to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/adjust medications.
