Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Midwest Architecture team in Southfield, MI. This role involves working closely with clients throughout the design process, ensuring project documentation meets code requirements, and mentoring junior design team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural experience required.
• Registered Architect in Ohio or nearing licensure within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fee preparation, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects.
• Ensure design meets code requirements.
• Create full set construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for design QA/QC.
• Conduct site visits for construction administration duties.
