Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider and Approved Supervisor designations (LPC-MHSP-S) to join our Middle Tennessee team. You will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure in a flexible, creative, and compassionate environment.

This role emphasizes clinical care, supervision duties, and collaboration with a dynamic clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervision training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.
