Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program.

We offer flexible scheduling, a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role, and strong clinical support including AI-enabled documentation and streamlined billing. Minimum 9 hours weekly across at least two days is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches (UP; ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed).
• Use measurement-based care to track progress with digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.

• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred

• Multi-state licensure a strong plus
