Ellie Mental Health in Columbus, GA is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide client-centered therapy to a diverse population. You will diagnose, plan treatment, and maintain a robust caseload while documenting care timely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia LPC license.
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
• Valant experience is a plus.
• Insurance credentialing experience is preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, schools, and other supports as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
• Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
• Support the overall mission and success of the clinic

About the Role
