Headway is seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our platform and launch or expand a private practice with in-network insurance capability. You must hold a Master’s level LPC and be fully licensed, with an active NPI and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Fully-licensed Professional Counselor at Master’s level with LPC/LPCC/LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S licensure (state-accepted).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance required.
• Ready to launch a private practice or grow existing one by taking insurance.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing for free in multiple states in as little as 30 days.
• Stay compliant with audit support and ongoing resources.
• Work with plans most clients use (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid).
• Earn higher rates with Headway’s nationwide insurance network.
• Receive bi-weekly payments and use Headway’s built-in EHR features.
