Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time, first-shift role. You will provide therapeutic counseling to patients and families, conduct needs assessments, and develop intervention plans within a coordinated care team.

The position requires independent licensure as LPC or LICSW and a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field, with a commitment to compassionate, community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• Independent licensure as LPC or LICSW.
• Licensed in SC or eligible for licensure in SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to patients and families.
• Develop plans for intervention/care based on clinical input.
• Conduct group therapy sessions when appropriate to the population.
• Document contacts and notes in the EMR (EPIC) system.
• Perform crisis telephone triage for patients in crisis and manage urgent visits.
