Support Student Mental Health:Address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavior challenges, emotional regulation, peer relationships, and coping skills.

Collaborate with School Teams:Work closely with teachers, administrators, parents, counselors, and support staff to promote student wellness and academic success.

Participate in Student Support Meetings:Attend ARD meetings, parent conferences, student support team meetings, and other collaborative discussions as needed to support students’ needs.

Develop Interventions:Assist in creating targeted, evidence-based strategies and supports that help students improve emotional functioning, behavior, participation, and access to education.

Provide Crisis Support:Assist with crisis intervention, risk assessment support, safety planning, and referrals to outside resources when appropriate.

Promote Wellness:Help foster a positive school climate by supporting prevention efforts, social-emotional learning, and mental health awareness.

Your contributions will help students build resilience, overcome barriers, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
