Job summary

Regard Healthcare in Lexington, SC, is seeking a fully licensed therapist for a hybrid Licensed Professional Counselor position. You will provide individual therapy in-person and via telehealth, manage a steady caseload, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans within a supportive team.

The role requires SC licensure (LPC, LCSW, LISW-CP, LMFT or equivalent), a Master’s degree, and experience with outpatient mental health services. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted SC license (LPC/LCSW/LISW-CP/LMFT or equivalent).
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload while working independently and collaboratively.
• Preference for candidates with experience with ages 5 and up.
