LifeStance Health in Houston hires Licensed Therapists for a hybrid role in our outpatient group practice. You must be a fully licensed LPC in Texas, with EMDR training and experience across the lifespan.

The position offers 100% outpatient work in a group setting and strong support to deliver high-quality care. We provide above-market pay, full benefits, a 401(k) with match, parental leave, EAP and more, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus incentives.

  Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

  • Fully licensed as an LPC in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
  • Experienced in working with the Lifespan.
  • EMDR trained.
  • This is a Hybrid Role.
