Walker’s Funeral Home seeks a licensed Funeral Director to serve families with compassion and professionalism across multiple locations. You’ll focus on building trust, closing pre-set appointments, and delivering meaningful connections to guide families through difficult times.

The role offers lead generation support, strategic marketing at no cost, and opportunities to travel within a strong regional network to maximize impact and income potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Funeral Director license and be able to obtain/maintain state credentials.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set, qualified appointments.
• Excellent communication, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with families to provide peace of mind.
• Close pre-set appointments and drive scheduling within a four-location network.
• Leverage lead generation and marketing support to maximize opportunities.
• Travel between locations within the territory to serve families.
